Panel Miniature Locking Insert (PMLI)

Use:
Built-in couplings for assembly with panel kits into complete miniature panels.

Advantage:
Locking Panel insert for thermocouple and RTD circuits. When used together with CMLP the locking feature will prevent accidental disconnection due to vibration etc.

Mechanical design:

• Glass filled thermoplastic body with original thermocouple.
• Contacts of original thermocouple materials.
• Spring-loaded sockets.
• Polarized pins ensure proper connection
• Conductor guides for prevention of short-circuits.
• Screw terminals enable quick connection.
• Polarity designation next to the connection screws.

Panel cut-out:

• 8,1 x 16,1 mm; Panel thickness : 2,5 mm
  • for locking mechanism a special cut-out is needed

Conductor diameter:

• Accepts wires up to 0,6 mm.

Temperature load:

• Max. +220 °C.

Available types:

• online available: Type K, J, E, N, T, U, R/S, B
• on request: Type C

Colour designations:

• All international colour designations are available:
  DIN IEC, DIN 43710, ANSI, NFE, BS, JIS, etc.
