Panel Standard Insert

  • Panes Standard Insert (PSI)

    • Use:
    Panel insert for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Designed to used together with panel sets for assembly to complete standard panels.

    Mechanical design:
    • Housing of fibreglass-filled plastic.
    • Contacts of original thermocouple materials.
    • Spring-loaded sockets.
    • Reverse polarity protection by different pin thicknesses.
    • Moulded barriers prevent short-circuits.
    • Screw terminals enable quick connection.
    • Polarity designation next to the connection screws.

    Conductor diameter:
    • Reliable connection from 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm diameter.

    Temperature load:
    • Max. 200 °C.

    Colour designations:
    • All international colour designations are available:
      DIN IEC, DIN 43710, ANSI, NFE, BS, JIS, etc.

    Accessories:
    • The standard built-in couplings are combined with the corresponding kits with front plate and installation set. See separate data sheet.

  • Panel Standard Insert Flanged (PSIF)

    • Use:
    Panel insert for thermocouple and RTD citcuits. Mounting by means of a stainless steel bracket and two screws.

    Mechanical design:
    • Housing of fibreglass-filled plastic.
    • Contacts of original thermo-element materials.
    • Spring-loaded sockets.
    • Reverse polarity protection by different pin thicknesses.
    • Conductor guides for prevention of short-circuits.
    • Screw terminals enable quick connection.
    • Polarity designation next to the connection screws.

    Conductor diameter:
    • Reliable connection from 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm diameter.

    Temperature load:
    • Max. 200 °C.

    Colour designations:
    • All international colour designations are available:

  • Panel Standard Insert Flanged Bracket Mounting (PSIFB)

    • Application: :
    Panel insert for thermocouple and RTD citcuits. Mounting by means of a stainless steel bracket and two screws.

  • Panel Standard Insert High-temperature (PSIH)

    • Application:
    Panel insert for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Specially designed to be used together with the high temperature stainless steel panels.

    Mechanical design:
    • Housing of fibreglass-filled plastic.
    • Contacts of original thermcouple materials.
    • Spring-loaded sockets.
    • Reverse polarity protection by different pin thicknesses.
    • Moulded barriers prevent short-circuits.
    • Screw terminals enable quick connection.
    • Polarity designation next to the connection screws.

    • Reliable connection from 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm diameter.

    • Max. 350 °C.

    • The housing colour is brown with a colour dot.

  • Panel Standard Insert Lugged (PSIL)

    • Use:
    Single built-in couplings for installation in front plates, housings, etc.
    Attachment with two screws M3.

    Mechanical design:
    • Housing of fibreglass-filled plastic.
    • Contacts of original thermocouple materials.
    • Spring-loaded sockets.
    • Reverse polarity protection by different pin thicknesses.
    • Central cover attachment for fast installation.
    • Moulded barriers prevent short-circuits.
    • Screw terminals enable quick connection.
    • Polarity designation next to the connection screws.

    • Reliable connection from 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm diameter.
    • Max. cabel diameter 8.0 mm.

  • Standard direct built-in coupling (PSIR)

    • Use:
    Single built-in couplings for direct assembly with panels
    in round panel apertures with a diameter of 27 mm.

    • Contacts of original thermocouple materials.
    • Spring-loaded sockets.
    • Reverse polarity protection by different pin thicknesses.
    • Polarity designation on the housing.

  • Panel Standard Insert Three-pin High-temperature (PSITH)

    • Use:
    Panel insert for thermocouple and RTD circuits. For assembly with panel kits into complete high temperature standard stainless steel panels. The special plastic used allows high working temperatures. Third connection for ground or continuous shield connection or for three wire RTD´s.

    • Housing of fibreglass-filled plastic.
    • Contacts of original thermocouple materials
    • Spring-loaded sockets.
    • Reverse polarity protection by different pin thicknesses.
    • Moulded barriers prevent short-circuits.

  • Panel Standard Insert Three-pin Lugged (PSITL)

    • Use:
    Panel insert for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Third connection for ground or continuous shield or for three wire RTD´s. Can be mounted in a single circuit version or in rows in customer panel. Mounting by means of two M3 screws.

    • Housing of fibreglass-filled plastic.
    • Contacts of original thermocouple materials.
    • Spring-loaded sockets.
    • Reverse polarity protection by different pin thicknesses.
    • Moulded barriers prevent short-circuits.
    • Central cover attachment for fast installation.
