Connector Standards

  • Connector Standard (CSP-CSJ)
  • Use:
    Plug connector for thermocouple and RTD circuits. The solid connector pins guarantee reliable connection under even the most difficult conditions.

    Mechanical design:
    • Housing of fibreglass-filled plastic.
    • Contacts of original thermocouple materials.
    • Solid connector pins and spring-loaded socket.
    • Reverse polarity protection by different pin thicknesses.
    • Central cover attachment for fast installation.
    • Moulded barriers prevent short-circuits.
    • Screw terminals enable quick connection.

    Conductor diameter:
    • Reliable connection from 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm diameter.
    • Max. cable diameter 8.0 mm.

    Temperature load:
    • Max. 200 °C.

    Colour designations:
    • All international colour designations are available:
      DIN IEC, DIN 43710, ANSI, NFE, BS, JIS, etc.

    Accessories:

  • Connector Standard Ceramic (CSPC-CSJC)
  • Use:
    Connector for thermocouple and RTD circuits. The solid connector pins guarantee reliable connection under even the most difficult conditions. The sheath pin contacts enable economical pricing.

    Mechanical design:
    • Ceramic housing.
    • Contacts of original thermocouple materials.
    • Solid connector pins and spring-loaded socket.
    • Reverse polarity protection by different pin thicknesses.
    • Moulded barriers prevent short-circuits.
    • Screw terminals enable quick connection.

    Conductor diameter:
    • Reliable connection from 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm diameter.
    • Max. cable diameter 7.0 mm.

    Temperature load:
    • Max. 650 °C.

    Colour designations:
    • White housing with colour dot as designation.

  • Use:

  • Use:

  • Connector Standard Jab-in (CSPQ-CSJQ)
  • Use:
    Connector for thermocouple and RTD circuits. The solid connector pins guarantee reliable connection under even the most difficult conditions. Jab-in cover allow easy connection without need cover removal.

  • Connector Standard Three-pin (CSPT-CSJT)
  • Use:
    Connector for thermocouple and RTD circuits. The solid connector pins guarantee reliable connection under even the most difficult conditions. The third contact for ground or continuous shield or for three wire RTD´s.

  • Multiple Jack Standard (MJS)
  • Use:
    Multiple Jack for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Suitable for connecting up to 6 standard circuits simultaneously.

    Mechanical design:
    • Strong steel plate housing, coated with epoxy resin.
    • Anodised aluminium handle for easy disconnection of the plug connectors.
    • Available with contacts for 1 to 6 measurement circuits.
    • Incorporates a standard vertical panel, Type “PAV-(...)” .

    Conductor diameter:
    • Reliable connection from 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm diameter.
    • Cable inlet screw fitting PG13 for cable diameter up to 15 mm.

    Temperature load:
    • Max. 200 °C.

  • Multiple Plug Standard (MPS)
  • Use:
    Multiple connectors for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Suitable for direct connection of up to 6 circuits simultaneously.

    Mechanical design:
    • Strong steel plate housing, coated with epoxy resin.
    • Anodised aluminium handle for easy disconnection of the plug connectors.
    • Available with contacts for 1 to 6 measurement circuits.
    • Corresponds with Standard Vertical Panel Type “PASV-(...)” and Sandard Multiple Jack Type “MJS-(...)”.

    • Reliable connection from 0.2 mm to 1.5 mm diameter...
    • Cable inlet screw fitting PG13 for cable diameter up to 15 mm.
