  • Connector Miniature Locking (CMLP-CMLJ)
  • Use:
    Connectors for thermocouples and resistance thermometer measurement circuits. Suitable for measurement with small wires and mineral-insulated metal sheathed cables.

    Advantage:
    Self-locking connector. The locking device prevents accidental faulty connections and unintentional disconnection during the measurement process. Compatible with miniature connector plug CMP-XX and miniature jack CMJ-XX.

  • Use:

    Installation clamp for ceramic jack, high-temperature Jack or miniature jack for panel installation. .

  • Use:
    Connector panels for thermocouple and resistance thermometer measurement circuits for installation in control rooms, operating panels, laboratory areas, switch panels, push-in housings, etc.

    Mechanical design:
    • Aluminium front plate, anodised, protected against corrosion.
    • Measurement circuit numbering, abrasion- and wipe-proof.
    • Attachments of stainless steel and nickel-plated brass.
    • The assembly type and design prevent the fitted built-in couplings from being pushed in or out.
    • The bevelled connection levels enable easy connection and disconnection of the conductors in the installed condition.
    • Individual built-in couplings can be replaced by loosening only a few screws.
    • Flat, flush front surface enables easy cleaning.

Accessories Miniature

  • Grommet
  • Use:
    Grommet can be fitted in the entrance hole of the connector to prevent moisture and dirt from entering the connector. Has limited strain relief capabilities.

    Construction:
    • Silicone ring, slit for easy mounting over wire. Will compress on the wire when the cover is fitted.

  • Crimp Insert
  • Use:

  • Wire insert
  • Application:
    A set wire inserts fitted in the entrance hole of the connector will provide a very good strain relief without any protruding parts from the connector.

    Construction:
    • Thermoplastic material with a round or oval hole fit around a specific wire.

  • Locking Clip
  • Application: :
    Miniature connectors donot have a retention groove. In order to prevent accidental disconnection a locking plate can be used.

    Construction:
    • Glass filled thermoplastic with the same temperature rating as the connector body (200 °C) Red colour indicated clearly that the circuits are protected.
    • Can be placed and removed without any tools.

  • Wire Clamp Bracket
  • Application:
    Wire clamp bracket will provide optimum strain relief. Construction allows a large difference in maximum and minimum wire diameter.

    Construction:
    • Silicone cover with retention ring prevent disconnection due to vibration. Tapered entrance hole to ensure proper sealing on most cable diameters.

  • Protection Boot
  • Use:
    Two identical silicon sleeves enclose the connectors and wires. This provides good protection against spray water and dirt.

    Installation:
    • Simply slip the sleeves backwards over the connectiors, overlapping them by approx. 3 – 4 mm.
    • Also prevents possible detachment of the connectiors under high vibration.

    Temperature load:
    • Max. 200 °C.

    Application:
    Bending protection for thermocouples and wire being used with miniature connectors. Prevents mechanical damage of wires at entrance point of the connector.
